The maintenance and maintenance of the machine involves many aspects of management: here we only point out the basic requirements that must be met to maintain the normal operation of the machine, and the management of other aspects still needs to be regulated by the relevant rules and regulations.

1, air compressor: the moisture with water in the air duct is easy to reduce the life of the air compressor assembly. Although the inlet of the machine is equipped with three-point combined filtration, if the climate of the place where the air compressor is placed is humid, a large number of water vapor will enter the air compressor assembly through the operation of the air compressor. In this case, a freeze dryer must be installed to completely remove the moisture in the air or often discharge the water content in the filter cup and the water vapor in the air compressor gas storage cylinder.

2, three points combination: the air pressure should be kept at 4 × 6 bar. although the filter cup has the function of automatic drainage, if the filter cup stores too much moisture, the water vapor in the cup can be removed manually.

3, lubrication:

(1) Class A oils and oils: used in air pressure conditioning group, Esso (ESSO ESSTIC 32 #)\ medium oil (R68 #) circulating oil in air pressure conditioning group.

(2) Class B grease: all kinds of butter for bearing, linear guideway lubrication. Note: butter nozzles should be replenished every 6 months to ensure lubrication.

(3)Class C grease:special lubricating oil for gear reducer. MPa 68#oil/ALAR 680#oil/ESSO 608#oil/BP680#oil/MOBIL 636#oil.

4. Other maintenance

(1) the machine should be checked before starting each time, and if abnormal is found, it should be overhauled and eliminated in a timely manner. In the event of poor lubrication, check and add lubricant at all relevant transmission parts immediately.

(2) at the end of the operation, turn off the power supply gas source in time, clean the surface of the machine and discharge the condensate water in the air filter regularly. Speed regulating valve, hexagram and all parts of the axis to avoid collision as far as possible.

(3) The linear guide rail must be wiped clean and filled with grease frequently to prevent the rust from affecting the accuracy.

(4) solvent, ink and other volatile products should not be placed on the machine table when used, do not use too many solvents to wipe the collective baking paint, control panel, to prevent corrosion or destruction of switches and wires resulting in functional damage.

5. Regular maintenance

Monthly maintenance:when the machine runs to the end of the month, check all parts. In case of the coagulation of lubricant, wipe and clean with gasoline and refill the lubricant.

Half a year maintenance: under normal circumstances, the machine is thoroughly maintained every six months: check the parts of each moving joint for rust wear, bad lubrication, such as abnormal return, and deal with it immediately.

Annual maintenance: the machine should be fully checked until one year: the mechanical part needs to check for rust wear and bad lubrication, colleagues should check all trachea pipes, if there is damage, should be replaced immediately.
